When you submit a project enquiry, Method House collects the contact and project information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, suburb, postcode, project type, indicative budget, preferred commencement timeframe and project description.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your project, respond to your enquiry, arrange an initial conversation or site visit where appropriate, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use the enquiry form to collect payment details or identity documents.

Storage and access

Enquiry details are stored within the website’s secure hosting environment and are intended to be accessed only by Method House and service providers needed to operate the website. We take reasonable steps to protect the information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with professional advisers, service providers or project partners only where reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate our business or comply with the law. We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes.
